Property Inspection by Providence
It is a requirement that monthly, quarterly and annual
inspections are performed on each property managed by
Providence Property Management.
These inspections include but are not limited to: a search for unsafe conditions, hazardous working practices, and compliance with company, local, state, and federal policies.
Property inspections are completed
carefully, with corrective action taken immediately upon the identification of
potential or existing hazards, especially issues relating to exterior lighting, limited
access systems, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, or any other safety-related
system.
